Many potential entrepreneurs face intersectional and systemic obstacles that hold them back from reaching their true potential. I didn’t come up having a dedicated mentor or access to a network of professionals to help me guide in my journey.
I've been fortunate enough to find success, however, what motivates me is opportunity to forge a path for others to follow. It’s important for me to put my skills to use and help the underrepresented get an advantage that I didn’t have, especially in the tech industry. To me, this is all about paying success forward, providing mentorship and resources to help others in their journey.
20% of my profits and time will be dedicated to positive social impact in the technology field by supporting under represented groups. My goal will be to provide mentorship, build community, and defy traditional restrictions of how successful leaders operate and work in the tech industry.
